			Changes to use consultation The Government is consulting on proposed changes to the Use Classes Order. The changes are around the relaxation of planning rules for change of use from commercial to residential. There is also a question on the reduced compensation provisions associated with the use of article 4 directions, which is relevant to the HMO debate.
